“Enchanted Forest” This journal is handmade from start to finish. I bind it myself using a hard cardboard, covered with book cloth, layered with gesso and metallic paste. I added the eyelet with elastic band to hold the paper inserts. Paper inserts turn this into a refillable journal. I used mixed media papers and stained them for an aged look. I also added a pocket at the back cover and ribbon to hold the book. I call this cover “enchanted forest” with quartz, rose quartz, citrine and amethyst. Truly one of a kind.
